– Hair Fall Assessment Test- A test is conducted, and a test report will be shared with You consisting of preliminary information related to your hair type, hair condition, stages of hair fall. The report will not be a conclusive report and is provided to You only for general information purposes. You are advised to seek individual medical assistance for further treatment.
– Diet / Lifestyle Modification Tips- This section provides information on general lifestyle and diet modifications which can help manage hair fall.
– Understanding Hair Care: This section will cover information on general Hair care along with myths & facts to guide You to take better care of your hair health.
– Anya (Lupin chatbot): The Chatbot will assist You with your general queries on hair health.
The above space is intended to provide You with general guidance on hair health and the same should not be construed as medical advice. In the event You are receiving ongoing treatment for any hair concerns, You are advised to continue the same and not consider the tests or information as a suitable substitute of your ongoing medical treatment.

4. Confidentiality

a) Information disclosed by You shall be treated as confidential at all times and the same shall be used only for the purpose for which the information has been received thereof.
b) The website may access and retain your records, which will be used only for the purpose of facilitating the services to You. The information retained (if any) will be treated with utmost care and shall not be disclosed, divulged, except in connection with the services on a need basis. Your use of the website indicates your acceptance of such changes to the Terms and Conditions and HAP. You acknowledge that we may from time-to-time issue upgraded versions of the website and the Terms and Conditions and You consent to such automatic upgrading.
