Pumpkin Seed Kheer

1. Cook pumpkin seeds with milk, sugar, and cardamom until thickened.
2. Garnish with saffron and chopped cashews before serving.

Spinach and Almond Salad

1‌. Blanch spinach leaves and toss with sliced almonds, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber.
